Month 1. The full Get Clear audit, fast and folded into the engagement. Big-picture read, prioritized findings, working theory of where to start.
Months 2–3. The Get Moving intensive. We act on the top priorities, set up tracking, measure the lift, and find the rhythm.
Months 4–6. The engine. Monthly cycles of strategy, execution, measurement, next move. Quarterly zoom-outs to make sure we're still pointed at the right horizon.
By month six, you have a growth function that someone is actually running. We scale what's working so when I leave, you can keep growing it on your own.
