45 minutes about your business. On me.
You spend 45 minutes telling me about your business. What's working. What's wearing you out. Where you want to take it. I listen, ask questions, and at the end I tell you the two or three things I'd look at first.
No pitch. No pressure. If it makes sense to keep working together, I'll talk about that separately, after the conversation, in your own time.
Walk me through your business. The good days, the hard ones, the parts that have been on your mind.
I take notes, ask the questions a fresh set of eyes would, and try to find the thread underneath the noise.
Specific. Honest. The places I'd start if this were my business, yours to use however you'd like.

Yes. The conversation is on me. I take three Get Growing clients at a time and I'd rather talk to ten owners I might genuinely help than send cold pitches to a hundred. The first conversation is how we both find out if this is a fit.
No. The conversation has its own value. You'll leave with two or three real things to think about. If, at the end, you want to know more about working together, I'll send you the package details by email. If you don't, we shake hands and move on.
Yourself, and a willingness to be honest about what's hard. You don't need a deck. You don't need to prepare. The more candid you are about what's not working, the more useful the conversation will be.
Either. If you're in San Diego County and you'd like me to come to you, I will. There's no replacement for walking through a space and seeing how customers actually experience your business. If video is easier, I'll do that.
